Sproat Lake Park
Sproat Lake is located northwest of Port Alberni is a beautiful lake where
you can swim, canoe, power boat, water ski and wind surf to your hearts content. The Sproat Lake Park has 2 campgrounds and a great picnic area.
There are a number of great little trails in this park, including a trail to the eastern end of Sproat Lake, which is home to a prehistoric petroglyph. Not much is known about this petroglyph, named K’ak’awin.
